These terms govern your use of the MyEventAlly mobile app, the MyEventAlly and MyEventAlly+ web platforms, and the stratagem98.com website, all operated by Stratagem 98 LLC. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This is the most important thing on this page. MyEventAlly routes requests for help to the security and medical staff of the venue you are attending. It is not a 911 service, it does not connect you to public emergency dispatch, and it does not replace calling emergency services.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number first.

Delivery of a request depends on your device, your network connection, and the venue's staffing and response procedures, none of which we control. We do not guarantee that any request will be received, seen, or acted on within any particular time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at info@stratagem98.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Use MyEventAlly only to request or coordinate legitimate assistance. Do not submit false or malicious reports, do not use the service to harass anyone, do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, and do not interfere with its operation. Knowingly false reports divert responders away from people who need them, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that submit them.

Venue, organizer, and MyEventAlly+ partner accounts are provided under a paid subscription. Fees, billing period, and renewal terms are those presented at checkout or in your signed agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off before the renewal date. Where a separate written agreement exists between your organization and Stratagem 98, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

The MyEventAlly and MyEventAlly+ software, the Stratagem 98 and MyEventAlly names and logos, and the content of this website belong to Stratagem 98 LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by a license we have granted you in writing.

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratagem 98 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a request for help that was not delivered, not received, or not acted on.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
